About Otto

Otto Bohon has spent most of his life building things—systems, teams, and opportunities.

He grew up in Tucson, Arizona, working in his family’s restaurant business from a young age. It was there that he first learned how businesses truly operate—not from textbooks, but through hands-on experience with payroll, hiring, operations, and every aspect of running a business. That early exposure shaped the way he approaches leadership and problem-solving today.

Otto later earned a degree in Psychology from the University of Arizona, followed by an MBA with a focus in Finance and Marketing. He began his professional career in banking at Wells Fargo, eventually becoming a Private Banker. He later built his own practice as an independent Financial Advisor, managing approximately $500 million in assets before successfully selling the business.

Along the way, Otto realized that his greatest strength wasn’t just working with numbers—it was building systems that help people succeed.

Today, he serves as a Senior Advisor with Affinex Capital and operates a consulting firm where he works as an external COO or CMO for growing organizations. His focus is straightforward: helping businesses scale by improving operations, training, and organizational structure.

Over the past five years, Otto has helped implement systems that created more than 500 jobs. He is also passionate about mentoring others, many of whom began with little or no experience and went on to build successful careers.

Outside of work, Otto is a devoted husband and father of four daughters, which keeps everything in perspective. He also enjoys exploring different forms of art and collecting rare items—always searching for the next missing piece.
